I am new to TTRPG so I have some questions:
I get frustrated because it seems this information is not included on a lot of game page descriptions on itch.io. Maybe it’s obvious to people who are already into TTRPGs, but not to me as a noob!
Not the creator, but I have this game (have yet to play). It's a very simple system, and it seems to me it would be best to have a GM to guide players through a "typical day at the office".
However, I can also see this being fun as a GM-less game, though I imagine that would be easier if you've had "telling the story and setting as a group" experience before.
Hope this helps!
